Bolt & Bloom was formed from the belief that for humans to be fulfilled, they need to be fully integrated - mind, body [and] business - and achieving a better well-being demands a holistic approach.

Inspired by Emily’s personal journey with loss, family mental illness and her own experience navigating anxiety and corporate burnout, she was compelled to ‘embrace the pause’ and reassess how she showed up in this life and experience.
